Re: yahoo search faster then google?

According to my study Yahoo is growing faster than Google in terms of search engine usage.

While Google still undoubtedly holds the number one spot for the amount of searches at over 3 billion searches in the past year. Yahoo search usage is growing more rapidly.

I actually tried searching the same thing in google and yahoo.

It's only now that I noticed that yahoo does not display time unlike google.

    But I still prefer, google.

I haven't been using Yahoo search for quite some time, and I remember it was slower than Google.
I just tried to do a search in Yahoo, surprisingly it returned the result very fast. I didn't realize Yahoo has improved that much!

I prefer google because I find their results to be of greater relevance. In a recent school project I tried using both search engines to find the same thing and preferred the results of google.

Maybe yahoo give a faster result, but i think it's because yahoo database is less than google, so their can retreive a result faster. But it's useless when you know google giving more result. So, google banzai...!!!

I think it is depending what seach word you enter and how long a search engine is needing to find suitable results. In my opinion Google is a little bit faster than Yahoo in finding search results but Yahoo is on a good way.
