Question about Yahoo directory listing

If your site listed under deep category and deep hierarchy page. That page may not been cached by Google. Will your site be recognized by Googlebot about listed under Yahoo directory? Is this still give positive effect on site ranking in both Google and Yahoo? don't mention on PR since the category has no PR. Thank you.

It should have a positive effect on ranking with all search engines considering it costs $299 a year for inclusion.
