A contact email for Yahoo to see why your banned/penalized?

Anyone know of a contact email or contact page to see why I'm banned in Yahoo? I recently purchased a large site 500+k uniques a month but it's severely penalized in Yahoo and I'm trying to find out why. I'm probably losing 100 or 200k uniques a month by being banned in Yahoo and I'm eager to find out what they want me to do to fix the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Login to your Yahoo account, choose the Help section, Yahoo mail FAQ section, Contact Us from the middle column, click on Contact Customer Care.
