It's not direct ways to SEOing your site. Mostly people even use it as spam.
So, if you want to use yahoo answer, please be careful and share your link properly with no mean of advertising.

yes is not. i don't usually put link in the source section, i put it in the text.
yahoo monitors it quickly when someone put a link in the source and once they find out its not somehow relevant, you'll be kicked out.
