A lot of people that join wordpress look to get their own domains sometime in future. However, this can't be said about Blogger users.
This is why you see a lot of Blogger blogs and few Wordpress blogs (but a lot of sites)!

Do you think that it is true that Wordpress is mainly for experts and experienced while Blogger is for beginners?

i think blogger is generaly easier, but you can't have your domain. the downside of wordpress is that you need to have your of host and domain.
