I just read a post where the blogger was complaining how someone stole their post and wrote it word by word. What do you think that the blogger should do? File some type of case against him or just forget about it?

yeah, it's a big problem for bloggers and even forums. not sure what can be done about it..

yeah but one big problem is that it is very hard to tell sometimes whether posts have been copied.
