According to me wordpress is way better than blogspot, but if you are looking for free resources then go for blogspot

The main issue of Wordpress is, once your account is banned you can't recover your blogs unlike Blogger. Wordpress is easy to ban than Blogger.

I find blogger good,i used wordpress but i found blogger much better.I find ease working with it.

For beginner blogger is preferable as its very to understand and work with. For professional, wordpress is preferable. It has so many extra features which is not at all available in blogger.
