Wordpress VS blogspot?

The main issue of Wordpress is, once your account is banned you can't recover your blogs unlike Blogger. Wordpress is easy to ban than Blogger.

You can buy a domain and hosting and install Wordpress on it and have a self-hosted blog instead. I use it on all my sites that way. You don't need to host it with the Wordpress site and no one can close it except you. Blogger could close your blog just as easily if you violate their rules as Wordpress.com can.

I'm guessing you got banned by them. Why did they ban you?

My friend was ban his Wordpress Account, I don't know the reason for getting banned. Only he knows before banning his Wordpress Account. In my blogger I have no problem as long as I'm not spamming nor using black hat technique.

I like wordpress more than blogspot. traffic is fast on wordpress as well.

I prefer using self-hosted wordpress rather than blogspot. I've try to used blogspot, but until now I'm still prefer to use WP...

Wordpress is by far so much better, there only let down is you cant have Google Ads, well last time I used it you couldn't

I will definitely choose wordpress from both of them if I am having domain name otherwise blogspot is good one too.

For a newbie Wordpress is not seem easy and simple, i prefer Blogspot, its quit easy and Simple , we can also load themes but in wordpress we need a blog hosting.

I couldn't really compare which one will be better, because both of them provides convenience tools to build our blog easily. But in terms of building SEO, i think wordpress is way better than blogspot.

east or west wordpress is the best.. wordpress is quite flexible... blogger is for newbies... personally i like wordpress.. there are lots of templates and its with rss support.. which can originate from the site..
