I have heard that Blogspot will get Higher PR than the wordpress blogs in the next PR update. is it true? Should I go for blogspot blogs?

Theoretically the host of the blog provider should not have any effect on the PageRank, only the incoming and outgoing links may have influance of the PageRank regarding an indexed webdocument. If I were you I would use free blogging platform according to the offered marketing possibilities.

Well this is not true buddy. You have got the wrong information. Getting higher page rank doesn't depend on the host. It's all about the quality incoming links. The more you get the chance of getting higher page rank.

Well i dont know from where you heard but i try both and i get the result that wordpress post index faster than blogspot

but unfortunately no one can get that....
