Do you have any favorite WordPress themes?

I know there's a few I go back to again and again that I bookmark for future use. Are there any that you particularly like and why? Please share what appeals to you about it. I'm fond of the magazine style ones myself.

My favorite theme is Arthemia theme



Arthemia is combining a magazine and a weblog into one; it is not too magazine-ish nor too blog-ish. The front page of Arthemia shows the headline and featured post of yours along with the pictorial representation, that?s the magazine style, while the rest of your post will be shows sequentially just like a usual weblog. In the middle of the front page, Arthemia has a nice blue-and-black category bar which will help your readers exploring you site. At the bottom, Arthemia is outfitted with a blog must-have section, a three-list of favorite posts.

Arthemia's pretty nice, I have that one bookmarked for future use already. The site in my sig is a WordPress theme called BranfordMagazine. I love it because unlike Mimbo which it's based on, you don't need to upload images via your cpanel and can do it right in the post. I have more categories at The Cuckleburr Times and don't bother using the ad spot right now but overall I kept it just like the example here: Branford Magazine Demo

I think it's far superior to Mimbo, having used both. I'm also fond of the sister version, Wynton Magazine. Wynton Magazine Demo

That's your choice of course. You could have still expressed an opinion on themes you've seen that you like though without having to show your own.

I have 3 favorite themes and all are free, i really love them and using it for all my blog. this way i don't need to spend to much time looking for free them..

I have been using wordpress for last 14 months and I have used several wordpress themes in this duration. I have search almost 60% of the themes. Like many of them. So it's rather confusing picking up the best one.
