How many blogs do you have and which software are you using for your blogs? I am planning to use wordpress but someone says Joomla is good too

Presently i am running up my blogging work in blogger blog and googlepages blog. Although its free but I wanna move further to wordpress blogs.

I currently have...dozens of blogs.
I have two that are hosted by myself though. The others are free, like BlogSpot, etc.
The ones that I host myself are using WordPress.
WordPress is my favourite blogging software.

I've 2 Wordpress based blogs ! About Joomla - it's not a "blog" engine .. more like a simple ( well ok, quite advanced ) CMS system.

Joomla isn't a blog, it's a CMS as has been said. I've built sites with both and if you want something more complex than basically just posting, Joomla's the way to go but for a blog alone, I'd choose WordPress. You don't need all the bells and whistles Joomla has for simply blogging.

I have many which are self hosted works in progress but two main ones. The one in my sig and my writing samples one.

In what way do you see Joomla as simple, AcFrost? I'm curious as it's got quite a learning curve to it compared to the likes of WordPress.

I have two wordpress site.
Another one is hosted with blogspot since I can afford more for the hosting. Haha
And I dont recommend anyone to use movable typepad. It sucks

I'm running 300+ blogs but I only maintain one since others are auto blogs
