changing my wordpress theme

Can anyone give me a little walk through of how to use one of the themes in the theme directory of wordpress? I do not know how to take the theme and upload it to my blog.

listen you will find many free theme in the web. then download them. upload html file in in your wordpress site. then you can have access to your new themes.
