It looks like a typical MFA blog. You should get your own unique template up there or at least get a better one.

I would start by recommending a unique wordpress template or at least one thats not so basic.

Second thing is that the site looks like it revolves around the ad's and not around the content which immediately puts me off and makes the site less credible, i would work on how you display your advertising as i believe it would result in a much higher click rate.

I feel like this is a website that you are makikng money of the links that go nowhere. I don't think google would like that you are promoting it here. My buddy has websites like this.

There is no content. He makes money on each ad that you click on. It goes nowhere and just keeps revolving.
