Seeking Approval

I just wanted a quick comparison between page layouts before finishing this site. Research wise it's about halfway, design wise, you tell me. The two pages to compare are:

Yes, one has more ads on it but are mostly images. Another layout/view of the Alabama page can be seen by clicking the "Inmate Search" button on that page.

I don't want to actually specify what I'm hoping to hear, so that's all.
