A PR7 website wants to be reviewed and gets some advice

this is a PR7 software website of my company and it is in my charge now.I find that this website has a lot of problems,such as the same title,keywords,description in almost web pages.The website is about 8 years old,but the traffic just about 3000 a day,sometimes the visitor is less than 3000 a day.I do not know why.In fact,the keyword of the site is on the first page of google.But I do know why the PR is so high but the visit number is so less?

I see your website.it is very simple but nice color matching in it.you can take of web designer for it. if you have problem.

I would recommend playing around with your Keyword & Discription Relevancy as they are off a little from your site.

I would also recommend that you add width & height dimensions to your images in terms of bettering your seo.

Your have a old look and feel to your site. Try modernizing it with different colors and gradients.

make something interesting on front page like some demo or video tutorial of this software

Now,our website has been change into the new homepage and also some high quality links have been add into the link page.And the number of traffic has be increasing.Also,the benefit of our business is increasing. Very happy now.Thanks for your advice.

I have only had a quick look, but on first impressions I would suggest changing the header image from the christmas theme that you currently have. I say this because we are now in February and everyone has forgotten about Christmas already so having that image just makes your site look neglected.
