This is "PTC about" site, right?
Why not make the url address is related to PTC? Because i think preslibaby is not related at all for PTC site.
Also, there is already many PTC site, so, provide "something unique" about PTC on your site.

About the design, there is no problem for me

i have seen your site..
its Great site and good design, the color is a little messy. Try to change the colors and make it more attractive and easy to read.. Also it's on a sub domain which is not really advice if you are willing to keep it for a long time. You forgot to put ref link on the second one..

Its a nice site.But the background is too dark,and you should try some widgets or gadgets like lets say feedjit which wouls show you which were the recent visitors to your site.feedjit is free and very easy to get.you should also try easycounter which shows how many times your site has been opened.Widgets like this really looks great and would attract someone to visit ur site again and again.

I'd say,there are too many ads,i mean i won't able to differentiate ads and links first time.
So,u should be careful about that.
Content is okay okay type.
I think you should add more content in PTC & PPC,
then it would be really nice.
