No.. you don't need to add any adverts! Well placed ads that are in-your-face perform better then spam all over the place.

Two points:
- The logo looks a bit blurry, but that could be my eyes. I'd sharpen it up a bit, especially by the "W"
- Increase the line-height of the text, it looks a bit crowded
- Too many fonts and color choice, try tie them in with the logo / design
