Sorry I'm going to be a bit harsh. Considering the theme of the website, the design serves its purpose but it feels like very little time has been spent on it. There's no logo except for the Photoshop logo pasted in the right hand side. If I came to website like this, I'd expect the designer to have used the tutorials on the website.
