I like the design.. small things I would change. I would vertically center the logo and the "guest" box in the red box. In the footer, I'd change the link colors.. red is hard to read on dark grey. I'd also remove the shadows as you haven't used that on any other elements in the design. My two cents

It is good on the eye. No complaints on the visuals/colour scheme.

Too many forums to look in - far too many IMO.

Also there is some serious bad spam on there that needs to go. As noted above you need to work to stop this as it is off putting.
