Which video sharing script is best?

I want to start a video sharing site and need to know what program I should use. I see a lot of youtube clones,clip share,clipbucket,phpmotion. Anyone know which one I should use?

The best one is PHPmotion and then at second position comes clipbucket. Both are free. If you want to go for paid than use clipshare
