How work in browser this Video JS.

Hi All,
I am using videojs which uses html5 video control for playing the mp4 videos. It works fine on iphone with the mp4 videos I have. The problem is when I try to play the mp4 videos which are converted to the mp4 format from the flv format, the video does not play on iphone... Can anybody help me out on this?
