I wont go into much detail, but I own a Form to Mail remotley Hosted website, this allows Clients to signup and create form and place it on there website and everything goes through our server.

Anyway, 2 days ago after re-installing apache on my Sever it was said that the server needed the OS reinstalled, so the DC did this at a charge, but they lost all my files / data ect for my website, so I'm left stuck in the Mud so this is why I need this Job doing.

What I want you to Do.

- I want a Signup script with Custom Fields
- User signs up then gets sent an activation link to activate there account
- Then a directory is created (Username_directory) and files are coppied into that directory, for example (formmail File)

- I then need them to be able to change profile
- Cancel there account
- Header and footer pages

I will need a Small admin area to search, Suspend, Cancel there account, and deleting an account would mean the directory gets deleted.

I would need this to be Mysql DB driven.
