i didn't understand what you mean. i paid 20$ for the person to buy this email adresses and i use email sender deluxe to send emails to 1000 people. it worked and others id also work. i m in urgent need of money so i m offering these email ids for only 5$. its a very nice offer.

dude swastik means,
single-opt in = 1 person has entered his e-mail only once
double-opt in = 1 person has entered his e-mail more than once so there will be duplicate e-mail a/c records.
if u have double opt in list and even if you have 20 trillion e-mail ids, its not gonna sell for much.
for paypal, i dont have right now.
you can use alertpay funds in some ptc/bux sites and buy referrals. or even buy domain name from web4africa.net which accepts alertpay.

Man thats a huge list of mails man are you sure that the emails are still alive. if they are real old then the use would be worthless and wouldn't get you any sales or traffic.
