Surpass hosting has been a good host, at least up until now. I'm experiencing more downtime than I want, and I'm in the midst of looking for a new host ASAP! I got my hosting at Surpass in July of 2010 on a special, so instead of paying 10 bucks a month I only pay 5, which is fine. However, now it seems like everything is slower. I've become frustrated and I will be looking for a new "home" hopefully one that can transfer my site free. As for Surpass, well if you like downtime, then go for it.
