Hi all;
I'm currently on a semi dedicated plan at the following rate:
Disk Space: 30GB
Monthly Bandwidth: 500GB
WHM / cPanel / Bash Shell / Root Access
2 Dedicated IP Addresses
$30USD / Month
Due to personal needs, I am interested in a low end dedicated server (IE: 500MHz) or a VDS/VPS with similar specs, without a big (or in fact, without any would be even better) step up in pricing. If you can offer something better, I may be interested to move from my current account to your service. Please post back.
Cheers.

That's a very good deal you got there. I don't know where you can get a better deal for that kind of money - I've been looking at the VPS packages from registerfly though...
BTW, could you share where you got your current plan from?

Hi,
We only offer quality solutions, and would be unable to offer you something with that amount of bandwidth for the price.

Hi, it seems your current provider is doing some overselling but here are our plans anyways: http://www.exovian.com/?page=vps

Hi all;
For those that are wondering, I got my plan with fever tech communications (http://www.feverhost.com). This is not a standard package offered, and it is, in a way, over sold. However, I actively make use of the bandwidth, and occationally meet the disk space quota, so the alotted resources are in deed there for me to make use of.
Cheers.

I know the owner of feverhost quite well Josh for about 2 or 3 years now, he is a good guy. His main business now is reseller hosting.

We gave Alfarin this package, due to several factors including a long time customer of ours, and actively supports our website.
The server he is on, he can easily use the 30GB/space and the 500Gb/bandwidth without us over-selling. Although yes on most of our servers we do over sell a bit, and in 6 years have never had a shortage on disk space nor bandwidth.
Nearly all majorly providers over-sell... from the top EV1, ThePlanet to the bottom..
This was a custom quote, so please don't ask for more information regarding this quote. It was just for Alfarin for supporting us, and being a great customer for so long.

A word of advice for providers, when going after business like this you should attach a short NDA to the quote and send it to the customer.

Alfarin why dont you host your own server at your home, You could have watever specs you wanted then, You may have to buy a line with a bigeer upload speed, but then you'd have all the space yourd need/ all the bandwidth if you brought the right isp package that you could need, and you could have watever specs you needed on the server. And you could do so much more with it as well. Just an idea, If You are interested in setting up your own, then i can provide suppport to guide you through getting it all set up, and numerous links that you could read to help you as well.

With the amount of resources I use, it'll probably give me a connection bill in the mid hundreds if not low thousands... That's why T.T
