Yes.

All of HostBidder's hosting packages include cPanel with Fantastico. Fantastico includes a collection of scripts which can be installed instantly. Forums such as phpBB and SMF are also included.

Nope, it will install phpbb automatically for you. Nothing to upload or download.
It's under Discussion Boards, Fantastico in CPanel.

but can I install mods with the fantastico panel, because I need to have a forum that awards or rather share points, a rather similar idea like hostbidder, only it is on a free board (phpbb). And can I tweak or add mods to the forum using the fantastico option?

Fantastico is only for installing the scripts out of the box, meaning the basic script only. You will need to install additional mods that you want yourself, or you could ask someone here to help you out with it.

There is a mod for this, called the Cash Mod, it award points, for phpbb forums. If you need help, I can help to install the mod if you want to. Fantastico is only used to install scripts, not mods. Good Luck!

Hey, Chesspro , cool oo do you know how to set up refferal links and can a shop button like Hostbidder be added on that phpbb forum too?.

Btw, for the Cash Mod like if the points mod are added on the phpbb forum , does it show on profile too like Hostbidder.Because mine www.clanny.net/forum only shows points on the shop and post , not on the profile of user.
