Neptunes, you might want to consider registering your domain with a different company than the one that hosts your site. In this way if something were to go wrong with your hosting you still have control of the domain.

We have a large number of hosts visiting this forum so you might want to post a hosting request in our Hosting Requests forum. You should get some good offers in reply to that.

I have heard some bad reports on godaddys customer service and this is reflected in their cheap prices.

All I want is the 4 domains, with private "whois" information. I require a basic hosting package (say 5GB min transfer per month) that all 4 domains can share. I will only be concentrating on the .com address but it would be nice to have the others display the same page and just so somebody else can't register the same name in a .net etc.

Godaddy.com offer all these options on their "product page" you simply click what you want and then pay.

Is there any other more reputable providers out there who will provide this simple set up? If I have to pay a bit more I don't mind.

    Cheers
    GoDaddy.Com is the best

    Thanks for the tips!!

I have a new idea, I think I'm going to register about 50 .com addresses (I assure you, I know this sounds spammy as a can of it. but it's not!). I think I'll do this with godaddy.com as their prices look good and yes, I think I will host elsewhere.

Between the 50 .coms I'd imagine 5GB monthly transfer is enough, but I would want to upgrade this if necessary. I would also want each .com to have just one info@.com email address, would I get this from the host or the domain provider?

Hostbidder, how can I be sure those who will offer their services are reputable?

Host Gator is pretty cheap, and you can also test it out for about less than1 dollar or something...Anyways, I think GoDaddy and Yahoo are the best ones out there...Their service is quick, and pretty cheap too, only about two to three dollars. Good luck
