wow thanks everyone for helping me out. Wow i must have had a blonde moment there. Love the site too bad it is going to have to take a week or longer to get a responce, i hate waiting..lol. i'm so inpatient..lol
This site is planning to stay online for a while right? Because i hate it when sites just quit on me, and then i need other resoucres for getting hosting:tongue2:

wow that is great. Do you know if there is ftp access allowed? like can we uplaod files on our ftp systems..or can we only upload files on his uploader that is programed on the site? and is there a file size limit also?

HeyI am using NeoFusion hosting for my site. I have been using it ever since I got my site lol http://www.pokefusion.com
NeoFusion is without a douth one of the most coolest host I have seen. There server is almost + 95% times up! And xxbabygirlxx it allows FTP as well as cPanel. As I said it is the best. I don't have fTP access through my BroadBand but thanks to NeoFusion hosting I could make my website ^_^
To people who wants free or paid hosting I would suggest NeoFusion & HostBidder or even Mihopa ^^

Sorry for not responding to all your questions xxbabygirlxx. I've been quite busy :P. But yes, BluePhoenix is correct. In addition to the online cPanel ftp upload, you can also make unlimited ftp accounts for offline ftp clients such as CuteFTP. Although, I shouldnt say unlimited as there is no such thing, but rather, 99999 ftp accounts. But really thats more than enough, LOL. Also, as BluePhoenix also stated, NeoFusion is up and runnung again. He was temerarily unable to activate accounts due to an Internet issue.

Feel free to ask any more questions about NeoFusion =D. If I don't happen to know, I am a good online buddy with Paul of NeoFusion and I can simply ask him and post here =D.
