Well, the hoster can set up what he decides on, personal choice and marketing.

I have seen upto 10 years offered for lower prices but I think anything over 1 year would be wrong to sign up for.

Hosters reliability can change very fast, and from the otherside I hate monthly subscribers, they have a higher percentage of them being hackers or spammers
