If you need cheap and reliable hosting you can use honsmonster and hostgator for that.I am using that only.

I used to like Lunarpages before they got so big and they did have excellent support but I think that's went downhill in the recent year or so. Sometimes smaller is better. CrystalTech I've not heard of at all.
