My website bounce rate is 60% i feel that my website is not opening that's why my bounce rate is high is it true?

Should I change my web hosting? How can I test that my website is opining every time from every where around the world?

You can use pingdom tool to test the load time of a Web Pages. If you are planning to switch web hosting services due to this reason make sure the problem isn't from your website.

You can test your website load times to various places by using proxy servers located in different countries, enter "free proxy server" in any search engine and a bunch from various locations should come up. You could also test the latency to your website by doing a traceroute from various locations around the world, a good resource for that is traceroute.org.

What makes you think your site is not opening? This is something you should 'know', not 'feel'. What don't you open the site yourself and from another system (or proxy) and decide?

If your site is not 'opening' how would the Analytics code record the hit and mark the bounce? You should stop worrying about unnecessary things and improve your content to reduce the bounce rate.
