Block Visitor from some country

I can just say is You need some program to block the ISP of the country so that the whole people and including hackers of the country won't be able to access the website and it's data. (i.e. Their ISP will be suspended). This is what I know, haven't tried anything like this before.

but you need constantly update the ip address of countries in .htaccess file
