It seems that windows web hosting is the more expensive thing then linux one. But my las poject requires to have windows web hosting. In this case what can you recommend for me?

The prices are very cheap. I agree. But there are 2 options available as far as I can see with their windows:
Sandart ones (http://www.neowebspace.com/standard_...s_hosting.html)
and Premium: http://www.neowebspace.com/premium_windows_hosting.html
Which one are you interested in? I think that you need to ask their stuff as well for more details about the difference.
