I read that they had a backlog, but that they were quickly catching up. Evidently, they had a rush of people coming in when EMO was frozen, so they're dealing with a tsunami of people, and they should be getting back on track soon.

I ordered one of those cards myself to see if people were right and got the same 8 weeks email. It may well be the case of rush hour, but its puzzling why 8 weeks (2 months) of waiting.

8 weeks, this is a lot of time for any thing. I dont think it should take that long to send card to its customers. Anyone got that card so far??
