    do you mean you own a directory?

    in my own opinion, if you're submitting your site to some directories, you should sometimes look at the PR of these directory. if you have a PR and let's say PR2, then concider submitting your site to directories with higher PR than your site.

    I don't get the question... Do you own a directory? Accepting websites into a directory has no affect whatsoever on a website's PR.
