Are all directories sending mails upon submissions?

Are all directories sending mails upon submissions? I got this doubt because I had some 500 submissions to directories but I got only 200 mails in my mailbox including the spam mails too.

You must be dreaming. No only a few send emails on submissions, acceptance or rejection. There are too many that dont even acknowledge your submission.

Yups. I probably agree with that. The problem is, if you are a directories submitter and when you present your reports to client they will surely tell us that they haven't got as many mails as they have done with submissions.

i am not agree with him....
i think many of them are not sending any mails for that submission of that..........

You never know, I mean, it's always the choice of the owner. But mostly all do I guess. 200 outta 500 is a really low score.

Sometimes you didn't receive an email confirmation for your directory submitted but you will recieve the email if your directory submitted is approved or rejected.
