Free directory or bidding directory ?

I need to choose one among those to come up with final decisions. Which one would generate more revenue for me ?

I think , If you offer free directory , you can get more traffic , You can add ads on your directory and earn handsome amount.

Be aware of Free Directory submission sometimes it just submit to JUNK SITE and it will consider bad for your reputation if you tried to gain link popularity
