SUbmissions with reciprocal link ?Is it worth ?

Suppose if you submit your site to 500 directories with reciprocal submissions. Is is worth to submit your site using reciprocal link submissions instead of free. Yes your site looks odd when you add all those 500 reciprocal links of the 500 different directories in your site. Doesn't it ?

Is it really worth it? It depends on your aims. If trying to increase your PR then probably not. Google actively tries to discount these links. If its for potential traffic then maybe, every link is a potential source of traffic.

I wouldn't waste my time. Like Alan above said Directories don't count like they use to. The only traffic they get are Admin's trying to submit links.

I truly believe that link exchanges should be limited to sites that compliment, but don't directly compete with, the services or products your website offers.

These links do more for your PR and sales are more likely with the reciprocal traffic

but for my blog it has a reverse effect on it. PR decreased from 2 to 0

yeah it is worthfull atleas count when google calculate page rank coz internal and external both link count

There is no reason to bother with directories that require reciprocal links. There are far too many quality directories that are truly free. If you are not a directory it can hurt your site that you are linking to so many unrelated sites and excessive reciprocal linking is a violation of Google's webmaster guidelines.

i can balieve those guys fooled me. I've submitted my site to their directories using reciprocal link. And I've put their link in my blogroll..hihi. I'm gonna take this off!

you can do Link exchange with Related them sites.
or there are SO many thousands of free directory is available on net you can submit your sites in those free web directory.
