Non English Directories

Do you advise to submit english language site to high pr non english directories? Will it be good to have a traffic to my site?

I will not advise you to do so. Because I dont think you will get enough result using it. Better you submit only high pr english directories.

Well I too wouldn't advice you to do such things. Well if your site is in French language then do submit your blog to French directory. That is something which is advisable.
