I have heard that Twitter is gonna charge for twits, is it rumor or its true? If it will then people will be in trouble.

It is just a rumor I think. It is virtually impossible or very hard to implement. Think of all the tweets they have to charge, not to mention the complaints they will have to face.

I read somehwere that Twitter is not planning to charge companies a fee for using the existing service. They're taking their time to find the right revenue model that will add value to the site, not detract.
