Yes, there is. There's one called SplitTweet which I mentioned in this thread about having multiple Twitter accounts.

my account i think was suspended too..does anybody experience like you can't follow anymore no matter how hard you press that follow button?

Na, never. I mailed them twice or thrice because I lost password to one of my accounts and the password reset mail didn't come. but they never replied.

You should not spam twitter for marketing purpose lot. Just post a message which are good and dont look like a spam. You can crete new twitter from different ip

I thought the only reason they suspended users was if they started following too many people right away. You can probably just create another account, if you original username isn't too important, with another email address.

Looks like twitter is now logging the IP address. It's possible that they detect multiple accounts on that IP that's why you got banned in twitter.
