If you're a stats junkie, you can keep track of how many Tweets you've done past and present and break it down into hourly, timelines, @replies, etc with TweetStats. Mine is very sad looking because I made some Tweets over a handful of days on and off then gave up on it awhile LOL. If nothing else, it should shame you into using Twitter more often.
