Sorry my mistake! The referral link was actually to advertise through Twitter (similar to Adwords). The link you need is this one:

Nope, that is the correct link...

You need to reach the threshold of $50 but that is the only requirement to recieve your cash. I havn't had to make any payment or give any details anyway...
