TweetDeck is for those of you that need a million eyes on what the buzz is at Twitter. It's a control panel that Captain Kirk would be proud of, allowing you to monitor topics and friends all at once.

Tweetdeck is a realtime application that allows users to monitor that information in a single concise view. Tweetdeck currently integrates services from Twitter, Twitscoop, 12seconds, Stocktwits and now Facebook.

Anybody using Twitter will discover the mass of tweets can be somewhat overwhelming and difficult to digest. Tweetdeck enables users to split their main Twitter feed (All Friends) into columns allowing a broader overview of tweets.

Hey Kay, well I found this twitter tool in another forum which I thought was a GENIUS way of keeping any old post BANG!! up to date. Yes it incorporates a live twitter feed. Check out this twitter tool which I have embedded into my signature. I know this is mega dodgy linking promo junkie to another forum, but I will do the same from their forum to balance things out. It is a cool tool, and i really think you guys should think about adding this facility to PROMOJUNKIE

Im now using TweetDeck daily. Its been an integral part of my Mac for over a month now and I swear upon it. I post to my Facebook wall, 2 twitter accounts @bramblebusiness and @_GreenArchitect, a Linkedin profile, and a Facebook Page, all at the same time!!!!! Now that saves you a lot of time. Plus notifies you of any updates..BANG REPLY! DONE! If you use even 2 accounts, do yourself a favour. I cannot believe the first time I was here Kay, I didnt really go into Tweet Deck...silly me.

Another great tool or set of tools I love are the Joomla! twitter extensions which are basically adapted Twitter API's provided at the bottom of the Twitter page. Some are bad, but a good root through and some are very efficient indeed.

Its can be used in many ways. I use it as a desktop application which recalls all updates from facebook, linkedin, buzz, wordpress, twitter and facebook pages + more in one interface. It allows me to post one message and select exactly what site i want the message to go on without having to visit the site and type the message out again and again. This creates 5 me's when posting helping me get my word out when it really matters. Its something you need to setup BEFORE you need it if you know what I mean. It takes time to build trust from an online community because most are out there to make money out of selling you junk. Get started at TweetDeck

I use buzzom.com it is very helpful to find who is not following you and who is.
