I don't like it too much. Black-yellow is a smart combination but you've overdone it. Perhaps change the black with a dark grey or anthrax it will make your blog look very beatiful..
Also, i would like to see the "subscribe to" in the upper place of your website and not so down.

The yellow/black looks good (a darker shade of yellow might look better) I always like to see a prominent "about/contact" link.

The colors might be a bit distracting, the right side blends into a solid bar in my periphery. Layout wise it's easy to work around and there's much to do right there.

I agree, the colors are too bright for me. I like that it is a dark theme, just that it is too dark.

Here my opinion:
As the name is included Bali, I assumed find something related to Bali. Maybe just some picture or dancer or beach. I notes the adsense ads placement then I realized this site will be just adsense add website mean that the content maybe just grabbed from other site. Try use custom templates if you want your site to be leveled up.

Nice template but I think the title of your blog is not suitable for your theme. The first thing that the visitor might think is dancing and not cars.
