How do we get traffic from Twitter ?? I didnt exactly get a conclusion on how do we get traffic from them ?

You can get traffic from Twitter in many ways.

I noticed the best method was finding other Twitter members using Twellow, WeFollow and other Twitter directories that were listed in my area of interest. Then, you just share links to good resources in that subject, your own and others.

Twitter is a 80/20 network - you give 80%, you get 20% in return.

I find that it is easy to share articles from others using the Bit.ly bookmarklet. You sign up for an account with Bit.ly, link your Twitter account, add their bookmarklet to your browser, and everytime you see an article you think your followers would like, click on that bookmarklet. It will automatically shorten the URL of the page you are on, and you can post it straight to Twitter from there.

The way to get more traffics on Twitter is to first, search for people that have same field interest as you. Follow them first and then if you're lucky, some will follow back. Now this is what you should do, keep up with your account and frequently Twitt, try your best to look up on interesting articles on the net and share it with you pals, that hopefully will give you best results in return

Of course it's a networking website so the best way to get traffic is to follow friends and a chance to follow you also or following you because your blog/site is relevant to them. So when they follow you, a big chance to have a traffic onto your website.

The best way to get traffic from twitter is to add a retweet button on your site. This way when someone reads your article/post they can retweet to their followers. You'll have a hard time trying to get any Real traffic by you only posting tweets. I have a retweet button on all my article posts. When I publish the article it gets tweeted to my Twitter account automaticly. Visitor's are also retweeting my posts after they read the article.
