What's your opinion about digg-exchange sites?

Recently I came over few sites where you can exchange stumbles ,diggs etc.
What do you think of them?
I list only one, just to have a idea of what is this: youdigg.me

I think that some of them have merit. The ones that openly state that you should only Stumble / Digg pages that you like, and then include a link of your own in reply, assuming that reciprocation is only granted if the link is attractive to the other person.

Digg was good site earlier to promote your site and get traffic to your site but now digg is not giving me good traffic and to my friends too.

Still digg exchange sites help you to get in front page of digg sometimes
