Are you part of a Google Group?

I'm wondering how effective they would be for networking. While not strictly a social bookmarking site, I think there will be plenty of people looking for new homes now that MSN Groups have closed. Do they get much interest? Because you never really hear them mentioned a lot in my experience as a place to try.

Well i am also member of some business related groups (i got my study updates)

But ithink it is better if you create groups at facebook. chance to get more members

yes i am a part of google group......
but not for the social bookmarking site....
as i am studying computer engg. our whole college of this line are joint in to that and really a good way of networking and really a good way to get any related information for that and all students get that at the same time by sending it just once...
people can make their own google group for that interested field and can get the benefit of it....

hey it is not a big thing...
you can simply open the goole site...
if you want to join any community then just write its name and sign up in it...
you can make your own group also...
and if you have a nice circle of friends then tell to all them to joint in it....
