The graphic, with the people walking into the laptop is very freaky--like twilight zone/sci-fi channel freaky. I understand the concept, but I don't think it works. A good logo would be better. decipher is right on the theme for your skin. it could use sprucing up. if you need a good color scheme for your site, colourlovers. com is a good place to look at palettes.

You may want to check your server stats for monitor size settings, the header at 1222px will stretch quite a good percentage.

The first thing I'd do is create meta tags, especially the title and keywords tags.
The next thing I'd do is get a new logo up there. This one is stretching your site. Plus, it's not all that flattering.
Then go to this site and pick out a nice, free template to use.
