Hi! hope my feedback would help.

What is the theme of the forum? Is it really meant to have striking colors? 'Cause the neon colors are really striking to the point of hurting the eyes. It gives a striking, heavy feeling. The black background also contributes to that.
If you intend to keep the table colors that way, perhaps a white background color instead of black will be better.
